Oktoberfest
Many gathered to celebrate this German festival at Shining Waters. With a full buffet of local organic sourced foods, prepared in the traditional German way by the Flying Apron Cookery & Chef Chris Velden, guests enjoyed the sounds and tastes of Oktoberfest!
