Directions

Shining Waters Marine is located just 20 minutes from Halifax. It is the perfect stop on your way to our from Peggy’s Cove. It is just far enough away from the city that you leave the toils of the day behind, and close enough that you can visit for dinner or brunch easily.

From Halifax: Take Highway 102 departing the city on Highway 102N. Take exit 1A for the 103/333 towards Peggys Cove. Merge onto Highway 103W. Take exit 5 (Peggy's Cove), at the top of the exit ramp make a left. Follow Highway 213 until it ends. Turn right at the lights to Highway 3, and select the first left to Highway 333 toward Peggy's Cove. Follow the Peggy's Cove Road for 4.5 km, and Shining Waters will be on your right at the end of Nautical Way.

From Chester: Head East on Hwy 3 (Lighthouse Route), Merge onto Hwy 103 at Exit 7, Continue to Exit 5 off Hwy 103. Turn Right onto Hammond’s Plains Rd, Continue for 2 km, Turn Right onto St. Margaret’s Bay Hwy, Continue on St. Margaret’s Bay Hwy for 350 m, Turn Left onto Hwy 333 (Peggy’s Cove Rd), Continue for 4.7 km, Turn Right at Nautical Way (Shining Waters Marine).

From Bedford: While on Bedford Hwy turn onto Hammond’s Plains Rd, Continue for 19 km, Turn Right onto St. Margaret’s Bay Hwy, Continue on St. Margaret’s Bay Hwy for 350 m, Turn Left onto Hwy 333 (Peggy’s Cove Rd), Continue for 4.7 km, Turn Right at Nautical Way (Shining Waters Marine).

From Peggy's Cove: While on Peggy’s Point Rd take a slight left onto Hwy 333 (Peggy’s Cove Rd), Continue on Hwy 333 for 20.5 km, Turn Left at Nautical Way (Shining Waters Marine).
