A native of Newfoundland, Blair brings 16+ years of recreational retail experience to the Shining Waters Management Team. He has worked in all aspects of the marine industry including sales, parts and service. His primary focus is ensuring our marine segment meets & exceeds your expectations!

Andrea Levy, Administration/Marina Services Manager

Growing up in St. Margaret’s Bay, Andrea has been around boats most of her life. She has more than eleven years experience in the marine services field. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Shining Waters, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of service. Andrea is your primary contact for dockage and service-related inquiries.

Simon brings almost 10 years of marine experience to the team at Shining Waters.  Simon holds numerous certifications from the CYA such as powerboat and sailing instructor.  He works closely with our suppliers to ensure our shelves are stocked with the necessary items as well as the new and interesting gadgets on every boaters wish list.  His main objective is customer satisfaction and support. 

Keith MacDonald, Marine Technician

As our lead marine technician, Keith works closely with our clients to ensure their time on the water is nothing but smooth sailing. With more than 20 years of experience and technical ability in the marine industry, he provides repairs, new installs and expert advice.
