Things to Consider Before You Buy an Inflatable Boats

Consider your intended use. Knowing who will use the boat can help determine whether or not you will need an open or console boat, as well as potential needs for a storage compartment or an outboard motor.

Portability. How are you going to get your boat around? Will you need assistance from someone else? Will you need a trailer? Don’t forget to think about your current vehicles capacity to tow.

Material. Inflatable boats are made of Hypalon or PVC. Do your homework to determine which material is right for you, the maintenance and costs of these differ.

Warranty. What is the length of the warranty on the boat you are considering?
Service and Storage. Proper maintenance is key to caring for your boat. Does your dealer provide these services? What storage facilities are available for the winter season?
