INSURANCE - Physical Damage Insurance subject to the Canada Hulls Clause
Shining Waters Marine carries an insurance policy covering boat or watercraft damages during your rental. Should  damage be incurred, you will be responsible for paying up to the first $2,500.00 / per occurrence. This liability can be  reduced for the option surcharge of $25.00 / day (One day minimum) and is per calendar day. This insurance policy does  not cover any personal injury or any loss or damage to the personal property of the rental parties or any other of their invite’s  during the rental period
Refusing the Optional Liability “Buy-Down” requires you to be responsible for a $2,500.00 maximum liability for damage(s).
